Council Tax Band B (Twin Unit) £1272.56 P.A.
Council Tax is normally paid by Direct Debit in 10 monthly instalments.
Waste Water is not included in this charge as we are on a Septic Tank.
The Monthly Site Fee is £188.89 which includes waste water (Septic Tank) VAT is not applicable at this time.
Electricity Charge Per Unit 30.1 pence plus standing charge of 0.5 pence per day PLUS VAT and is billed monthly.
Gas Charges Per Unit £2.75
Gas is billed monthly and payable to Kennedy Caravan Parks Ltd. VAT only applies to Electricity charges.
Administration charges are not applicable at this time.
